The role of parents is to keep a proper care about the habits of their children and nurture him with the truthful virtues in him. A child should always be encouraged for the truthful virtues that are observed in him. Sometime a child may adopt wrong habits which he adopts from the elders or through his role models, should be very carefully be rooted out for which he should be very well acquainted about the demerits of such bad habits. The parents should take rigid and strong actions against the evil habits of the child. A child should be made aware about choosing a friends company. He should always make a company of such friends who are better than him so that he may always learn something from him. Usually it is seen that children make friendship with the children who are worst than them. At such cases a child’s growth gets stagnated and learning abilities gets shriveled.

Environment of the school plays the greatest impact on the child’s behaviour and mind. The policies and strategy of the school always strives to inculcate ethics and moral aptitude, spiritual values, etiquettes and good manners. In order to facilitate the student to acquire such qualities school lays emphasis on various extramural activities in the curricular activities. To develop healthy competitive skills various competitions are organized in schools. The role of teachers and parent is to encourage the child for each activity that is organized in the schools. The school always wants to make the children disciplined, honest, sincere, and punctual, hardworking, self-dependent and devoted children so as to be a useful citizen of the society.

Conclusion :
Every child has a lot of potentials granted by God. It is a teacher who can shape and nurture the latent potentials, which are hidden in him and the progressive environment, leads a child to nourish his abilities and potentials into the desired level under the supervision of his teachers and parents. The very important role of the parents is to encourage the children suitably for their achievements. The encouragement always leads to grow a child into the positive direction whereas criticism always looses the spirit of growth in a child. Every successful person has accepted that for achieving success in the carrier the main role of the parent is always prime who always encouraged him or her.
